Reports To: Executive Director, Director of Divisions, Senior Manager - Chore Division

Overview: The Chore Services Operations Coordinator plays a vital role in liaising with clients, case managers, and service providers to ensure the effective delivery of essential services such as lawn maintenance, snow removal, and home safety enhancements. This position requires collaboration with various stakeholders to facilitate seamless service execution.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Process and manage referral documentation in Salesforce for each client.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive client profiles within Salesforce.
  • Prepare and distribute service quotes to case managers.
  • Update Chore Service referral documentation according to client needs.
  • Manage agreements related to Chore Services.
  • Respond to inquiries from case managers and clients in a timely manner.
  • Ensure adherence to necessary compliance documentation.
  • Oversee data entry and invoicing for Chore Service providers.
  • Maintain vendor account information in Salesforce.
  • Track and report on ongoing Chore Services.
  • Coordinate service renewals with case managers.
  • Monitor Service Agreements for each client.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients in accessing social support services.
  • Participate in community outreach events.

Qualifications:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with Salesforce is advantageous.
  • Strong organizational skills and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to work independently while following established guidelines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
