Position Overview:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Plant Manager to oversee our manufacturing facility. Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the daily operations of the facility, ensuring production targets are achieved and quality benchmarks are maintained.

  • Drive initiatives for continuous improvement, identifying areas for increased efficiency and cost reduction.
  • Collaborate with other departments such as sales, logistics, and procurement to ensure seamless operations and timely product delivery.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, technological advancements, and the competitive landscape.


Qualifications:
  • At least 5 years of experience in a plant management position within the manufacturing sector.
  • Proven expertise in enforcing safety measures in a manufacturing context.
  • Demonstrated capability to lead and inspire a team, fostering a culture of teamwork and improvement.
  • Strong project management abilities, with a track record of managing multiple projects effectively.
  • Comprehensive understanding of inventory management, budgeting, and cost efficiency.
  • Proven success in implementing continuous improvement strategies.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to identify and execute timely solutions.
  • Strong communication skills, capable of clearly articulating information and expectations to team members and stakeholders.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related discipline is preferred.
  • Relevant certifications in Project Management, Quality Assurance, or similar fields are advantageous.
