Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Executive Support Specialist to provide exceptional administrative support to our Executive team at ConnectAbility of MN, Inc.

This is a temporary full-time role, Monday-Friday 8-4:30, with the possibility of transitioning to a different role within the organization upon completion of the assignment.

The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize and multitask, and a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Executive team, including scheduling meetings and appointments
  • Coordinate conference calls and other business meetings
  • Develop and implement effective administrative systems and processes
  • Support the entire organization with administrative tasks and projects
  • Provide relief support for the Receptionist and other programs during breaks and PTO days
Requirements
  • Previous experience as an executive secretary, administrative assistant, or in a related field
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
