Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Solutions Analyst, you will be part of the Financial Institutions Data Tribe, concentrating on the retail banking segment. This team comprises content experts with robust industry knowledge, responsible for executing and updating various proprietary assets such as peer benchmarks, databases, consumer insights, and diagnostic tools.

As a vital team member, you will engage with both local and international teams, as well as clients, to diagnose and resolve client issues while ensuring the delivery of high-quality projects.

Your role will involve further development and enhancement of existing assets, along with the creation of new offerings.

Additional responsibilities include developing internal methodologies and processes, requiring a keen interest in technology and modern tools, exploring innovative possibilities while comfortably managing large data sets, and utilizing various big data and analytical tools.


Required Skills

- Strong understanding of functions, products, and services within the retail banking sector.
- Analyzing large data sets, identifying patterns, and providing concise summaries.

Technical Skills:
- Proficient in MS Office suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
- Familiarity with BI tools, SQL/Databases, Alteryx, Python, Tableau, etc., is advantageous.

Your Contributions

Collect and analyze qualitative and quantitative data from industry sources to update various data models annually.
Evaluate market and industry trends, as well as the competitive performance of firms within specific markets.
Address client inquiries using data and content expertise.
Prepare and deliver tailored results (via digital platforms and PowerPoint presentations) to clients.


Qualifications

A university degree with demonstrated high academic achievement, preferably in Business Administration (with a focus on finance), quantitative sciences (e.g., mathematics, statistics, physics), economics, computer science, engineering, or other data-centric disciplines.
3 to 5 years of experience in the financial institution industry is required, ideally within the retail banking division in roles such as strategy, planning, advisory, product management, or analytics.
Proven research and database capabilities.
Specific experience in market sizing, peer benchmarking, and developing diagnostic tools will be an added advantage.


Collaboration

You will work alongside peers across Financial Institutions' data assets to execute and deliver findings, senior counterparts for guidance and best practices, and BCG consulting teams and clients to discuss insights and provide ongoing access to data for consulting projects.


Additional Information

The first-year base compensation range for this role is $115,000.
