  • Apply Lean methodologies to achieve data-driven outcomes within diverse teams.
  • Assess processes, take measurements, and interpret data for continuous improvement.
  • Design, implement, and enhance systems and processes.
  • Develop best practices and innovative solutions to minimize waste and enhance output quality.
  • Manage multiple priorities in process design, assisting process owners in evaluating progress across various initiatives.
  • Conceptualize and coordinate plans to support key organizational initiatives.
  • Create tracking mechanisms and identify necessary resources for successful implementation.
  • Support program staff by gathering information, preparing materials, and facilitating resource coordination.
Scope of Work
