Role Overview

Action Tech is seeking to employ an Analyst or Associate Developer to become a part of the Corporate Technology division. The RPA team collaborates with Business Product Managers, Platform Technology Managers, and various functional teams to define and prioritize automation initiatives. This role will be instrumental in promoting the adoption and execution of Robotic Process Automation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assess and articulate business requirements, ensuring clarity in proposed solutions.
  • Gather data from diverse sources while maintaining a mindset focused on continuous process enhancement.
  • Develop and maintain a prioritized roadmap for Intelligent Automation Process Candidates (IAPC).
  • Engage with internal stakeholders to comprehend business needs and user specifications.
  • Contribute to the design and evaluation of RPA processes.
  • Identify opportunities for performance and reliability improvements.
  • Participate in code reviews and lead meetings for progress updates.
  • Provide technical solutions, estimate efforts, and outline delivery strategies and plans.
  • Oversee the staging and deployment of automation solutions in both testing and live environments.
  • Deliver dedicated support and configuration assistance following production deployment.
  • Generate documentation and user manuals for RPA processes.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in business analysis and project management.
  • Proven experience in gathering requirements and implementing systematic solutions.
  • Analytics-oriented to evaluate the impact of RPA solutions on processes and teams.
  • Demonstrated intellectual curiosity to identify optimal solutions.
  • Technical proficiency in APIs, HTML, and system integrations.
  • Knowledge of integration practices and efficient system communication.
  • Strong skills in prioritization and project management, including proactive communication of timelines and statuses.
  • Experience in establishing and executing a repeatable requirement gathering and implementation process.
  • Familiarity with RPA and UiPath is advantageous, or a strong willingness to learn.
