What You Bring
  • A university degree with strong academic performance, ideally in Business Administration (with a focus on finance), quantitative sciences, economics, computer science, engineering, or related analytical fields.
  • A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in the financial institution sector, preferably within retail banking in roles such as strategy, planning, advisory, product management, or analytics.
  • Demonstrated research and database management skills.
  • Experience in market sizing, peer benchmarking, and developing diagnostic tools is a plus.
Collaboration
  • Work closely with peers across Financial Institutions' data assets to execute and deliver insights.
  • Engage with senior counterparts for guidance and best practices.
  • Collaborate with BCG consulting teams and clients to share insights and provide ongoing access to data for consulting projects.
