The Senior Solutions Analyst will play a pivotal role within the Financial Institutions Data Tribe, concentrating on the retail banking sector. - Develop internal methodologies and processes, requiring a strong inclination towards technology and modern tools, while adeptly handling large datasets and utilizing various big data and analytical tools.
- Comprehensive understanding of functions, products, and services within the retail banking sector.
- Ability to analyze large datasets, identify patterns, and provide succinct summaries.
- Experience working in a global virtual team and effectively communicating with senior clients.
- Capacity to drive innovative ideas with minimal guidance and work independently.

- Familiarity with BI tools, SQL/Databases, Alteryx, Python, Tableau, etc., is advantageous.
- University degree with a strong academic record, preferably in Business Administration (with a focus on finance), quantitative sciences, economics, computer science, engineering, or other data-centric disciplines.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in the financial institution sector, ideally within retail banking in roles such as strategy, planning, advisory, product management, or analytics.
- Demonstrated research and database capabilities.
- Experience in market sizing, peer benchmarking, and developing diagnostic tools is a plus.
Work closely with peers across Financial Institutions' data assets to execute and deliver findings, and engage with senior counterparts for guidance and best practices.
