Position Overview

Action Tech is seeking a skilled Analyst or Associate Developer to become a vital part of the Corporate Technology division. The RPA team collaborates with Business Product Managers, Platform Technology Managers, and various functional teams throughout the organization to define and prioritize automation initiatives. This role is pivotal in facilitating the adoption and execution of Robotic Process Automation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assess and articulate business requirements while proposing viable solutions.
  • Gather data from diverse sources with a focus on continuous process enhancement.
  • Develop and maintain a prioritized roadmap for Intelligent Automation Process Candidates (IAPC).
  • Engage with internal stakeholders to comprehend business needs and user specifications.
  • Contribute to the design and evaluation of RPA processes.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance performance and reliability.
  • Participate in code reviews and lead progress update discussions.
  • Provide technical solutions, estimate efforts, and outline delivery strategies and plans.
  • Manage the staging and deployment of automation solutions in both testing and production environments.
  • Offer dedicated support and configuration assistance following production deployment.
  • Develop documentation and user manuals for RPA processes.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in business analysis and project management.
  • Proven experience in gathering requirements and implementing systematic solutions.
  • Data-driven approach to assess the impact of RPA solutions on processes and teams.
  • Intellectual curiosity to explore optimal solutions.
  • Technical knowledge of APIs, HTML, and system integrations.
  • Experience in integration and understanding of efficient system communication.
  • Strong prioritization and project management capabilities, including proactive communication of timelines and statuses.
  • Experience in establishing and managing a repeatable requirement gathering and implementation process.
  • Familiarity with RPA and UiPath is advantageous, or a strong willingness to learn.
