Role Summary: The Customer Service Associate plays a vital role in managing incoming calls and requests for our esteemed clients. This position is dedicated to delivering an exceptional customer experience by providing clear, efficient, and valuable support to our callers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming calls, offering customer service and assistance to clients.
  • Ensure high-quality call performance, both in terms of behavior and technical aspects, as evaluated through quality assessments.
  • Deliver outstanding client service experiences.
  • Document and track calls and requests while servicing clients by entering notes into our proprietary system.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance and strengthen business relationships with clients.
  • Perform additional tasks as required.

Qualifications:

Minimum Education and Experience:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong customer service abilities and a positive demeanor.
  • Familiarity with call center software and scheduling applications.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-line call center environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Experience with Google Docs and Apple/Mac operating systems is preferred.
