Position Type: Contract

Duration: 3+ Months

Location: Remote

Role Overview:

As a Client Support Specialist, your responsibilities will include:

· Managing incoming calls
· Effectively conveying intricate information over the phone
· Navigating various systems
· Delivering appropriate solutions to clients

Qualifications:

· Minimum of 1 year experience in a Call Center Customer Service role (Inbound calls)
· High School Diploma or GED with at least 2 years of customer service experience
· Experience in the healthcare sector is preferred

Compensation and Benefits:
