Key Responsibilities

- Order Management: Support clients with order placements, shipment tracking, and processing returns or exchanges.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of client interactions and actions taken in the service database.
- Follow-Up: Engage in follow-up communications with clients to confirm issue resolution and satisfaction with the service provided.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with colleagues and other departments to address complex issues and enhance the overall client experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
