Position Summary:
Allied Universal Technology Services is seeking to recruit an Account Executive.

The Account Executive is tasked with sustaining and overseeing Allied Universal Technology Services' presence within designated accounts while driving sales initiatives in a specified market region.

This role involves exploring existing accounts for new business opportunities and establishing new client relationships.

The Account Executive will operate in alignment with the organization's policies and procedures, always reflecting the core values of Allied Universal.


Key Responsibilities:

• Surpass sales targets as defined by the organization

• Manage current commercial clients

• Identify and cultivate new commercial customer prospects

• Employ consultative sales techniques in customer engagement scenarios

• Prepare and present company offerings to end-user clients

• Maintain consistent communication with Project Managers to ensure timely and effective service delivery to the dedicated customer base

• Actively expand service and maintenance agreements as part of the solution-selling approach

• Identify hosted, managed, and monitored sales opportunities with new client prospects

• Prepare accurate and timely solution proposals

• Uphold quality assurance by adhering to organizational standards

• Assist with additional sales projects as directed by the General Manager

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's Degree preferred

• Minimum of 2 years of sales and account management experience in the Electronic Security Integration sector

• Ability to thrive in a dynamic team environment with a growing customer base

• Capacity to operate in a fast-paced environment; adept at managing multiple tasks, prioritizing, and meeting deadlines

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to engage with individuals via email, phone, and in-person interactions

• Highly motivated and customer service-oriented

• Commitment to professional, ethical, and compliant business practices

• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with both internal and external clients

• Willingness to perform 20% office work and 80% off-site customer development, including site visits and job assessments

• Experience selling similar security platforms is advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits:
• Medical, dental, vision, basic life, AD&D, and disability insurance

• Enrollment in the company's 401(k) or Supplemental Income Plan, subject to eligibility criteria

• Eight paid holidays annually, five sick days, and four personal days

• Vacation time accrued at a rate of 3.08 hours biweekly. Unused vacation is compensated only where mandated by law.
