Job Summary

The Corporate Accounting Manager is a key member of the accounting team responsible for ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting. This role requires a strong background in public accounting and proficiency in consolidation and corporate accounting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform monthly consolidation and review financial statements for accuracy
  • Prepare adjusting journal entries and review general ledger reconciliations
  • Work with auditors to respond to inquiries and provide financial statement support
  • Assist the accounting team with ad-hoc projects and provide technical expertise to assigned entities
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting and 3+ years of experience in public accounting
  • CPA certification preferred
  • Solid knowledge of GAAP accounting and excellent Excel skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently with minimal supervision
Preferred Qualifications
  • 5+ years of accounting experience with a mix of public and private sectors
  • Preparation of consolidated financial statements experience
