Position Overview:
As a key player in our innovative manufacturing environment, the Quality Engineer will be responsible for overseeing the quality assurance processes within our production operations. This role is essential for ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and compliance with industry regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate inspection and quality control measures for raw materials, in-process items, and finished goods to maintain compliance with quality standards.
  • Verify that products adhere to customer specifications, regulatory requirements, and internal quality benchmarks.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of qualification and validation protocols to ensure adherence to Master Validation Plans.
  • Lead the formulation of inspection strategies for incoming materials, in-process evaluations, and final product assessments.
  • Act as the primary liaison for quality-related inquiries from customers, addressing concerns and providing necessary documentation.
  • Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to resolve quality issues and enhance product reliability.
  • Oversee the creation of Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) in response to customer feedback and quality reports.
  • Conduct inspections and assessments to identify areas for improvement in manufacturing processes.
  • Manage team workloads effectively, ensuring that project deadlines are consistently met.
  • Maintain calibration and proper upkeep of all quality assurance equipment.
  • Engage in regular communication with management regarding quality-related challenges and resolutions.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Manufacturing, Industrial, Materials Science, Mechanical) is preferred.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in quality assurance within manufacturing settings.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage resources efficiently.
  • Proficient in analytical and problem-solving techniques with a focus on innovation.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
  • Ability to interpret complex instructions in various formats.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently as well as collaboratively.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, in a professional context.
  • Adaptable to changing priorities and processes.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to foster collaboration across departments.
