As a key member of the Quality team, you will play a vital role in overseeing inspection and quality assurance processes related to sourced raw materials, in-process components, and finished goods. Your primary objective will be to ensure that all products meet established quality standards and customer specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Ensure compliance of products with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and internal specifications.
2. Assist in the development and execution of qualification and validation protocols, including Installation Qualification (IQ), Operational Qualification (OQ), and Performance Qualification (PQ), in alignment with Master Validation Plans.
3. Spearhead the formulation of inspection strategies for incoming materials, in-process manufacturing, and pre-shipment evaluations, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams during New Product Introduction (NPI) meetings.
4. Act as the primary liaison for customers regarding quality-related inquiries and concerns.
5. Support the resolution of customer quality issues, including complaints and inquiries, by engaging with Product, Manufacturing, and Process Engineers, as well as other subject matter experts.
6. Lead the development of Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) in response to customer feedback, and generate tailored quality reports as required.
7. Contribute to the enhancement of manufacturing quality and efficiency by conducting inspections, analyzing results, and recommending process improvements.
8. Manage team workloads effectively, ensuring that assignments are aligned with team strengths and deadlines are consistently met.
9. Foster a motivated and efficient team environment, optimizing team performance and effectiveness.
10. Ensure that all equipment utilized for product acceptance is properly calibrated and maintained.
