Position Overview:
The role of the Quality Engineer is pivotal within our innovative manufacturing environment. This position is designed for a dedicated professional who will oversee the quality assurance processes and ensure compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Quality team in implementing inspection and quality control measures for raw materials, in-process items, and finished goods to meet established quality benchmarks.
  • Verify that products align with customer requirements, industry regulations, and internal quality standards.
  • Contribute to the development and execution of validation protocols to ensure adherence to Master Validation Plans.
  • Lead the formulation of inspection strategies for incoming materials, in-process production, and final product evaluations.
  • Act as the primary liaison for customers regarding quality-related inquiries and issues.
  • Support the resolution of customer quality concerns, including complaints and inquiries.
  • Collaborate with Engineering and Manufacturing teams to address quality issues effectively.
  • Oversee the creation of Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) in response to customer feedback and maintain documentation as required.
  • Drive initiatives aimed at enhancing manufacturing quality and efficiency through thorough inspections and process assessments.
  • Manage team workloads and assignments to ensure timely completion of quality objectives.
  • Foster a culture of teamwork and high performance within the quality department.
  • Ensure all quality assurance equipment is calibrated and maintained properly.
  • Maintain regular communication with management regarding quality issues and resolutions.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Manufacturing, Industrial, Materials Science, Mechanical).
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in quality assurance within manufacturing settings.
  • Strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks and manage resources effectively.
  • Ability to generate innovative solutions and demonstrate analytical problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in project management and capable of handling multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional demeanor.
  • Adaptable to changing priorities and processes.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to work collaboratively across various functions.
