Position: Quality Engineer

Our innovative facility is seeking a dedicated Quality Engineer to enhance our production operations. Reporting directly to the Engineering Manager, the Quality Engineer will oversee daily inspection activities and inspire the team to meet quality and delivery expectations for both internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Quality team in implementing inspection and quality assurance protocols for raw materials, in-process, and finished goods to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Verify that products meet customer specifications, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Contribute to the development and execution of qualification and validation protocols to align with Master Validation Plans.
  • Lead the creation of inspection strategies for incoming materials, in-process manufacturing, and pre-shipment inspections.
  • Act as the primary liaison for customers regarding quality-related inquiries and concerns.
  • Support the resolution of customer quality issues, including complaints and inquiries.
  • Collaborate with Product, Manufacturing, and Process Engineers to address quality concerns.
  • Drive the development of Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) in response to customer feedback.
  • Enhance manufacturing quality and efficiency through inspections and process assessments.
  • Manage team workloads effectively to meet project deadlines.
  • Motivate and optimize team performance.
  • Ensure calibration and maintenance of all equipment used for product acceptance.
  • Maintain open communication with management regarding quality issues.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Manufacturing, Industrial, Materials Science, Mechanical).
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in quality manufacturing processes.
  • Strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks and manage resources efficiently.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on innovation.
  • Project management capabilities with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
  • Ability to interpret various instructions in written, oral, or diagram form.
  • Self-sufficient and capable of working independently as well as collaboratively.
  • Professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Adaptability to changing priorities and processes.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for effective cross-functional collaboration.
