The Senior Project Engineer plays a crucial role in project management and leadership within the Global Operations Engineering team. This international group is focused on enhancing both company and client experiences by successfully executing projects aimed at operational efficiency and strategic initiatives.

This position is integral to the Global Operations Engineering division.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage project activities, including timelines, budgets, and team collaboration.
  • Oversee change management processes for manufacturing, employing structured methodologies.
  • Facilitate problem-solving efforts related to manufacturing challenges, identifying root causes and implementing sustainable solutions.
  • Analyze manufacturing processes to drive enhancements in operational capabilities.
  • Develop engineering solutions that contribute to operational efficiency and margin improvement.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline (Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, etc.) with relevant experience (typically over 4 years in a similar capacity).
  • Proficient in structured problem-solving methodologies and data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging effectively at all organizational levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to establish organized project management structures, ensuring accountability and progress tracking.
  • Ability to manage workload independently while aligning with management on priorities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Hands-on experience in manufacturing processes, fostering expertise through practical engagement.
  • Experience in sectors related to batch or chemical processing, automation, or similar environments.
  • Familiarity with software tools such as MS Office Suite, Visio, Minitab, AutoCAD, or equivalent.

Compensation: The salary range for this position is $85,000 to $100,000, reflecting our commitment to fair compensation practices. Actual pay may vary based on experience and qualifications.
