North America Marketing Team
The Yoto North America Marketing Team is dedicated to enhancing the Yoto brand's presence in the region, achieving revenue, family acquisition, and retention goals. This team manages brand, product, and corporate communications with both new and existing B2C and B2B customers. It operates within a matrix structure, guided by global leadership and local activation.
Key Responsibilities:
The B2B Marketing Lead will have a broad range of responsibilities, including but not limited to:
- Spearheading the development and execution of B2B and educational marketing strategies as part of the North American global marketing framework.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams (e.g., content, commercial, global marketing) to ensure marketing initiatives align with sales objectives and overall company goals.
- Identifying target B2B and educational market segments, buyer personas, and key decision-makers to effectively tailor marketing efforts.
- Establishing strategic B2B and educational partnerships in the US and Canada to enhance customer acquisition.
- Creating engaging B2B, educational, and homeschool content, including whitepapers, case studies, blog posts, and thought leadership articles, to educate and engage target audiences and position the company as an industry leader.
- Working with subject matter experts to develop content that addresses the specific needs and challenges of B2B and educational clients, providing valuable insights and solutions.
- Training and supporting sales representatives on B2B and educational marketing initiatives, product messaging, and positioning to ensure effective customer interactions.
- Setting key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to evaluate the success of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Analyzing marketing data and metrics to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement, providing regular reports and recommendations to senior management.
Success Metrics
- Achieving (and surpassing) revenue, family acquisition, and retention targets.
- Being recognized as a reliable expert in B2B and educational marketing within the organization.
- Demonstrating strong results against established objectives and key results (OKRs).
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role, with a background in either agency or brand environments; experience in a high-growth startup or scale-up is advantageous.
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to work across multiple time zones.
- Proven experience managing diverse stakeholders and partners.
- Familiarity with planning trade shows.
- Experience in partnership development.
- Proficient in data analysis and marketing research.
- Ability to manage substantial workloads while maintaining composure.
- Knowledge of the latest marketing technologies and trends.
- A passion for audio content and technology.
- Quick thinking and a fast learner.
- Understanding of marketing strategies for children's products and targeting parents.
