This pivotal role necessitates an in-depth understanding of sales and marketing tactics, alongside the capability to craft innovative campaigns that enhance traffic, engagement, and conversions through various channels.
The ideal candidate will possess a solid history of generating leads and revenue within a B2B financial technology environment.
Key Responsibilities1.
Strategic Leadership:
Collaborate with executive management to establish the strategic framework for customer acquisition and market expansion.

Campaign Oversight:
Supervise the development, launch, management, and evaluation of our B2B marketing initiatives across multiple channels, including email marketing, social media, paid advertising, content marketing, and automated campaigns.
3.Performance Analysis:
Oversee key performance indicators (KPIs), including both top and bottom funnel metrics such as Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs), cost per lead, cost per acquisition, closing rates, and average deal size.
4.Agency Coordination:
Manage external agencies and vendors as necessary, ensuring the quality and efficiency of deliverables.
5.
Marketing Operations:
Direct the daily execution of our marketing calendar across all platforms and formats.
6.
Brand Consistency:
Ensure that design quality, messaging, and tone align with our brand identity.
7.
Lead Processing:
Work to guarantee effective processes for managing incoming SMB leads and collaborate with operations to enhance marketing automation and lead generation across all channels.
8.Forecasting and Analytics:
Develop B2B forecasts and marketing reports with comprehensive data and insights, routinely analyzing sales data and communicating findings to the marketing VP and the executive team.
Required Qualifications1.
Professional Experience: 10+ years in marketing, emphasizing B2B customer acquisition in the financial services sector.
2.
Effective Communication:
Demonstrated ability to tailor messages to the appropriate channels and achieve results.
3.
Team Development:
Experience in building a diverse marketing team, including recruitment, onboarding, and management.
4.
Analytical Skills:
Proficient in multi-variate testing, attribution models, and ROI-focused optimization techniques. Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM software is advantageous.
5.
Data Orientation:
Analytical and data-driven, with an understanding of success metrics, behavioral, and demographic targeting.
6.
Marketing Automation Expertise:
Extensive experience with marketing automation platforms. Knowledge of Salesforce and Pardot is a plus.
7.
Self-Driven:
Highly motivated with a proven track record of delivering impactful campaign results.
8.
Flexibility:
