About the Position

Prepare to step into a pivotal role as a Manager of B2B Advertising Marketing at NewsBreak. In this capacity, you will spearhead our marketing strategy for B2B advertisers, overseeing content creation, events, and execution. Work closely with the Direct Sales Team to develop sales narratives, pinpoint key customer segments, and design engaging content and event strategies. Your mission is to effectively connect with advertisers throughout the sales funnel using the NewsBreak narrative.

The ideal candidate will exhibit strategic thinking, collaborative skills, and the ability to balance intricate details with overarching goals. If you have a talent for converting data into actionable insights and driving measurable results in advertising sales, NewsBreak is eager to meet you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement the marketing strategy for advertisers across various channels to enhance purchase intent
  • Support diverse B2B marketing initiatives, create marketing materials, and manage digital and social media outreach
  • Foster relationships and manage efforts within the advertising industry PR landscape
  • Produce persuasive sales tools and communication materials to aid sales outreach
  • Boost brand visibility on social media platforms targeted at B2B audiences
  • Coordinate and manage the company's involvement in industry events and sponsorship opportunities
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline
  • 5+ years of experience in communication strategy and execution within a B2B environment, preferably in media or advertising sales
  • Proven expertise in data-driven storytelling and collaboration with sales teams
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving capabilities
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills, along with outstanding organizational abilities
  • Proficient in negotiating and activating event sponsorships

The annual base salary for this role ranges from $122,000 to $153,000 USD. Compensation may vary based on skills, experience, location, and education. NewsBreak offers an attractive rewards package to attract top talent, including potential bonuses and options for eligible roles.
