Your Role:
We are seeking a B2B Marketing Coordinator to enhance our expanding global initiatives. This role involves direct engagement with vendors and clients, focusing on communication strategies for our business operations. You will play a pivotal role in executing the growth strategy for Digital Science.

The primary responsibilities include collaborating closely with the sales team to bolster B2B marketing initiatives.


Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Marketing Director to implement the B2B lead generation marketing strategy.
- Conduct research to identify target audiences.
- Develop and manage email marketing campaigns.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics.
- Create and manage relevant marketing materials.
- Work alongside the sales team and B2C marketing manager to determine exhibit requirements and lead generation objectives.
- Support both B2B and B2C exhibition efforts, which may involve travel for events.
- Oversee inventory management and procurement of marketing materials.
- Evaluate and manage sponsorship opportunities beyond exhibitions.

Qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills with a focus on deadlines and project management.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from data.
- Experience in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
- Familiarity with B2B lead generation practices is advantageous.
- Self-motivated with a collaborative spirit, thriving in a remote and agile work setting.
- Exceptional relationship-building skills with clients and colleagues, grounded in integrity.
- Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new software.
- Proficient in data processing and analysis.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience with project management tools such as Asana is a plus.
