Healthcare Business Development Representative

At Connexio Health, LLC, we are seeking a skilled New Business Development Healthcare Account Executive to join our team remotely. This role involves managing client relationships, driving sales of healthcare services, and working cross-functionally with delivery teams to develop and execute business plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare clients.
- Identify and target potential new clients to expand the customer base.
- Articulate the features and benefits of Connexio Health's services effectively.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Drive the renewal process and implement client-specific renewal strategies.
- Introduce new products, services, and industry expertise to drive client penetration and business growth.
- Conduct sales calls and presentations to maintain and strengthen customer relationships.
- Maintain a database of customers and prospects using CRM tools.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer relationships through onboarding, business reviews, and service agreement renewals.
- Serve as a strategic advisor, developing campaign strategies to address clients' commercialization gaps.
- Maintain confidentiality of all customers, business partners, and company information in accordance with confidentiality agreements.
Qualifications & Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in healthcare.
- 3-5 years of experience in sales, account management, client services, customer success, or a related field.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare, Management, Nursing, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of the healthcare industry and the ability to navigate complex sales cycles.
- Familiarity with healthcare commercialization strategies, including omnichannel sales and marketing.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional presentation skills, capable of engaging C-level executives both in-person and virtually.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly.
- Willingness to be flexible and take initiative.
