Position Overview:

The RCM Registration Associate II plays a crucial role in delivering account registration, billing, and administrative assistance to the assigned physicians and the Corporate Office. Key responsibilities include:

  • Collecting and confirming current demographic and insurance information.
  • Engaging with insurance providers as necessary.
  • Managing weekly billing processes.
  • Compiling and submitting daily and monthly performance statistics.
  • Providing administrative support to the Medical Director and physicians as required.
  • Offering support services to the Corporate Office and the Patient Account Department.

Attendance at the annual Hospital Associate Conference is mandatory, which may involve overnight travel. Adequate notice will be provided to accommodate personal commitments, and additional travel opportunities may arise as needed.

Qualifications:

Candidates should possess an Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical institution, or have one to two years of relevant experience and/or training, or a combination of education and experience. A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in medical billing is preferred. Proficiency in Word, Excel, and O365 is essential.
