The incumbent in this position is responsible for the day-to-day intake and processing of complaints and inquiries from the public concerning issues regulated by the Division's program areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and apply specific portions of regulations and policies to resolve complaints and inquiries
  • Conduct thorough investigations to determine the facts and circumstances surrounding complaints and inquiries
  • Develop and implement effective solutions to resolve complaints and inquiries
  • Collaborate with other teams and stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulations and policies
  • Provide excellent customer service to the public and internal stakeholders

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in investigation, compliance, or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
