ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Healthcare Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will design and execute recruitment marketing, sourcing, and retention strategies aimed at attracting qualified physicians and medical executives to fulfill the staffing needs of TMH.

You will collaborate effectively with the Recruitment Manager, professional staff, Medical Staffing Office, and Public Relations/Marketing teams. Furthermore, you will act as a key resource for professional staffing and the development of recruitment strategies. Regularly compile comprehensive reports on placements, costs, and outcomes for professional staffing. Provide support and work in partnership with public relations/marketing and professional staffing directors/executives as necessary. Generate innovative solutions and ideas that align with the objectives of professional staffing. Engage with residency programs to attract current and future graduates.
Exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills, along with meticulous attention to detail, are essential. Strong written and verbal communication abilities, coupled with a professional and approachable demeanor, are required. Excellent presentation skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications are necessary. The ability to independently problem-solve and make sound decisions is vital.

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS

Minimum:
Bachelor's degree in a related business field.

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

Minimum: 3 years of experience in physician recruitment.

Preferred:
5 years of experience in physician recruitment.
