Role Responsibilities:
As a proactive Field Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our residential sales platform and fostering customer engagement.
- Community Engagement: Conduct visits to residential areas to introduce and promote our internet services through door-to-door sales.
- Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling presentations that emphasize the benefits of our services, while addressing customer questions and concerns.
- Documentation: Ensure all necessary paperwork, including sales agreements and customer contracts, is completed accurately.
- Accountability: Utilize a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool to report activities and track progress.
- Performance Goals: Achieve monthly targets to expand your market presence.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in customer-facing roles (e.g., Retail Sales, Telecommunications).
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
- Capability to walk long distances with regular breaks.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Competitive annual earning potential of $55,000 (including commission).
- Use of a company vehicle for work-related travel.
- Reimbursement for mobile phone expenses.
- Comprehensive benefits package including health, vision, and dental insurance, as well as 401k, paid time off, and holidays.
