About the Role

Sodexo Entegra is seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Sales Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for selling profitable new business to large enterprise accounts in the US, focusing on healthcare and seniors, lodging, and education.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough needs analysis to identify business opportunities and develop sales strategies to maximize revenue growth.
  • Develop and maintain positive business relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Lead the development of sales presentations, proposals, and contractual sales documents to ensure successful sales outcomes.
  • Research and analyze market trends, competitor practices, and growth strategies to inform business development initiatives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement business plans, budgets, and forecasts to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience selling to enterprise accounts in the healthcare, seniors, lodging, and education industries.
  • Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong understanding of business development principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex business data and develop effective solutions.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
