This position is fully remote with a travel requirement of 60%.

The Entegra Strategic Sales Consultant will play a pivotal role in driving profitable new business initiatives as defined by Entegra. This includes participating in the quarterly and annual national sales strategy for designated segments. The consultant will cultivate and oversee a dynamic pipeline of prospective clients, guiding them from initial engagement to contract finalization and program rollout. This role is crucial in supporting the growth of Entegra's targeted segments by identifying and pursuing key opportunities.

This position will primarily focus on Large Enterprise Accounts in the United States, responsible for securing new business related to purchasing volume in sectors such as Healthcare & Seniors, Lodging & Education.

Key Responsibilities:

Assess client requirements to optimize business solutions; conduct comprehensive discovery processes and perform cost-benefit analyses. Utilize Same Side Selling techniques. Spearhead the creation of sales presentations and proposals, and assist in drafting contractual agreements. Ensure compliance with Entegra's contracting procedures for proposal approvals. Explore and evaluate new business prospects; foster and maintain positive relationships with potential clients; develop both internal and external networks. Formulate and execute the business plan, budget, and forecasts to meet sales, market share, and growth objectives. Investigate growth strategies and competitor approaches to inform and implement new initiatives while adhering to all CRM protocols.

Essential Knowledge & Skills:

Familiarity with the GPO sector, insights into the Food Industry, understanding of food distribution channels, and experience in one of the following sectors: Senior Care; Lodging/Casinos; Sports & Leisure; Restaurants.

Compensation & Benefits

Sodexo provides fair and competitive compensation, which is influenced by a candidate's educational background and relevant experience. While the salary range for this position is provided, final offers are determined based on individual qualifications, including experience, skills, education, and training.

Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum Education Requirement - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.

Minimum Functional Experience - 7 years of experience in sales to Enterprise Accounts.
