Job Summary: Office Reception and Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-oriented individual to join our team as an Office Reception and Administrative Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our front desk, performing various administrative tasks, and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

* Manage high-volume calls and provide excellent customer service
* Perform administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and correspondence
* Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars

Requirements:

* 2 years of experience in reception or a related field
* Bilingual - English and Spanish required
* Employment type: full-time
