Key Responsibilities:
- Front Desk Reception: Greet clients, answer phone calls, and respond to emails, providing exceptional customer service.
- Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support, including data entry, filing, and record keeping.
- Communication: Develop and implement effective communication strategies, ensuring timely and clear information exchange with stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in business administration or related field preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative capacity, preferably in a government agency or contractor environment.
Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $70,000 per year, plus benefits allowance, for a total package of approximately $75,000+ annually.
