About the Role

This full-time position involves providing value-based care to oncology patients primarily in outpatient settings. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with a dynamic team to deliver exceptional patient care and contribute to our mission of improving health outcomes.   • The Hartford HealthCare Cancer Institute is a fully certified member of the Memorial Sloan Kettering (MSK) Cancer Alliance, enabling us to stay at the forefront of cancer treatment and research.
  • Oncology specialists will be involved in triage and the spectrum of outpatient management of cancer patients, including urgent visits, chemotherapy pre-treatment visits, follow-up appointments, and ongoing survivorship care.
