About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide comprehensive wound care services to patients in Southern New England. As a Wound Care Specialist, you will be responsible for diagnosing and treating complex wounds, managing hyperbaric oxygen therapy, and coordinating patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and treat complex wounds using advanced assessment and treatment techniques">
  • Order and interpret lab tests, imaging studies, and other diagnostic procedures">
  • Manage hyperbaric oxygen therapy treatments to promote wound healing">
  • Coordinate patient care with nurses, nutritionists, and other healthcare professionals">
  • Document patient progress and maintain accurate medical records">

Qualifications and Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A graduate degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner Master's program or Physician Assistant program">
  • Licensure as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) or certification as a Physician Assistant">
  • Experience in wound care or hyperbaric medicine (preferred)">
