We are seeking a Medical Provider Specialist to join our team at WhiteCap Search. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Physician Assistant to work in a hospital-based group setting.

Job Summary

The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of experience working as a Physician Assistant, with a strong background in internal medicine. They will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, working collaboratively with specialists and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal outcomes.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position that requires the ability to work four days per week, with variable shifts including 8-hour and 10-hour days. The provider will work out of one clinic location, treating 16-18 patients per day. There is no requirement to work weekends, except when on call. However, the provider can expect to be on call occasionally.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this position is $120,000 - $160,000, depending on experience. Benefits include paid time off, health insurance, and retirement planning options.

Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program
  • Current licensure as a Physician Assistant in the state of practice
  • 3-4 years of experience working as a Physician Assistant in internal medicine
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
