We are seeking a skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team at ProCare Therapy in Willimantic, CT.

Compensation and Benefits

The successful candidate can expect a competitive hourly rate of $45-$55 per hour, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, vision, and dental coverage, 401(k) matching, and weekly paychecks via direct deposit.

Responsibilities

As a Child Behavior Therapist - ABA Specialist, your primary duties will include conducting assessments and developing behavior intervention plans, implementing evidence-based behavioral interventions to address challenging behaviors, providing training and support to caregivers and other stakeholders, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must possess a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification, have a strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles, and be eligible for Connecticut state licensure. Experience working with children or adolescents is preferred.
