Geriatrician - Outpatient Care Specialist

Hartford HealthCare (HHC) is seeking a highly skilled Geriatrician to join our multidisciplinary team serving patients in Windham, CT. This exciting opportunity offers a unique chance to provide comprehensive geriatric care in an outpatient setting.
About the Role- This full-time position involves 100% geriatric medicine, with a focus on outpatient clinic-based consults and SNF consults.

Salary and BenefitsThe estimated salary for this role is $240,000 - $345,000, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer:
