**Responsibilities:**
  • Manage front office staff, including recruiting, hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve office efficiency and productivity.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including financial statements and patient information.
  • Collaborate with providers and other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative management, preferably in a medical setting.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
