Key Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and sustain strong connections with current clients, acting as their primary contact for inquiries and support.

Qualifications
- Experience: At least 2 years in a comparable position within the Transport & Logistics field.
- Communication Proficiency: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, capable of effectively interacting with clients and internal teams.
- Customer-Centric Approach: Strong dedication to customer service, consistently aiming to meet and surpass client expectations.
- Self-Starter: Ability to work autonomously, take initiative, and manage priorities effectively.
