Key Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and sustain strong connections with current clients, acting as their primary contact for inquiries and support.
  • Business Development: Seek out and engage new business prospects to broaden our client portfolio.
  • Account Evaluation: Review client accounts, track performance metrics, and pinpoint opportunities for enhancement or upselling.
  • Issue Resolution: Tackle and resolve any challenges or concerns raised by clients, delivering effective solutions promptly.

Qualifications
  • Experience: At least 2 years in a comparable position within the Transport & Logistics field.
  • Communication Proficiency: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, capable of effectively interacting with clients and internal teams.
  • Customer-Centric Approach: Strong dedication to customer service, consistently aiming to meet and surpass client expectations.
  • Self-Starter: Ability to work autonomously, take initiative, and manage priorities effectively.
  • Collaborative Spirit: Proven ability to work harmoniously within a team setting.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities to address client requirements and navigate challenges.
