Your Role

  • Engage in a variety of tasks, with significant travel involved.
  • As a dynamic Urgent Care provider with nearly a decade of experience, our pace is swift.
  • You will report directly to the Vice President of Clinic Development.
  • Establish connections with diverse vendors, including medical and supply vendors.
  • Negotiate contracts effectively.
  • Prepare for extensive travel, approximately 60%-70% of your time.
  • Become proficient in the complete process of launching new clinics, from site selection to supporting operations post-opening.
  • Ensure each clinic is equipped for success.
  • Oversee construction schedules.
  • Procure initial supplies and manage inventory.
  • Collaborate with our Marketing Team on new clinic initiatives.
  • Contribute to projects aimed at enhancing existing clinic operations.
  • Demonstrate a quick learning ability and enthusiasm for acquiring new skills.
  • Work independently on detailed tasks, often requiring long hours.
  • Prepare materials for clinic staff during openings.
  • Coordinate with Operations and Contractors to address building and maintenance challenges.
  • Adapt to various challenges and take on different roles as needed.
  • As you progress, you may assume management and leadership responsibilities.
  • Perform other clinic-related duties as assigned.

Travel Requirements

  • Our clinics are located across various states, necessitating readiness for daytime and overnight travel.
  • You will be required to assist at new or acquired clinics during their initial phase.
  • We offer reimbursement for mileage and cover accommodation expenses.
  • With plans to open 10-15 clinics annually, we seek a dedicated traveler.

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's Degree is required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Project is essential.
  • Must be enthusiastic, engaging, and willing to travel 60%-70% of the time.
  • Ability to work from our Corporate Headquarters when not traveling is necessary.
  • Must be capable of driving long distances and lifting up to approximately 40 pounds.
