Position Overview

The Visual Projects Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the inventory and procurement of fixtures and signage, as well as managing store orders for Hibbett Sports.

Key Responsibilities

  • Procures fixtures for new store openings, relocations, expansions, and remodels in accordance with the retail fixture strategy.
  • Monitors receiving reports and backorders related to fixture and signage deliveries.
  • Coordinates the logistics of fixture deliveries for new stores, relocations, and remodels.
  • Participates in testing prototype fixtures to ensure quality and functionality.
  • Assists in at least one store setup each quarter.
  • Facilitates communication between field teams and fixture suppliers.
  • Ensures effective communication between field teams and signage providers.
  • Oversees the inventory management of signage for the company.
  • Manages the fixture inventory for the organization.
  • Engages with fixture suppliers to obtain competitive pricing.
  • Supports Field Visual Coordinators and Regional Visual Merchandisers with updates to fixture plans.
  • Safeguards the company's assets and financial data by ensuring the integrity of internal control processes and reporting potential fraud risks to management.
  • Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed.

Supervisory Role

This position does not include supervisory responsibilities.

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from an accredited institution; or one to two years of relevant experience and/or training; or a combination of education and experience is preferred.
