Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Intake Specialist to join our team. As the first point of contact at our site, this role is crucial in providing a positive experience for our volunteers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Front Desk Support: Greet volunteers and other visitors, obtain and verify identification, and prepare necessary documents for completion.
  • Customer Service: Provide answers, information, and conversation to volunteers, making them feel comfortable and confident in their decision to participate in a trial.
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Assist with appointment scheduling, rescheduling, and reminders, as well as coordinate transportation for volunteers.
  • Administrative Tasks: Complete visits in the CTMS, update subject profiles, and assign payment cards.
  • Communication: Notify staff of volunteer arrivals, send weekly reports of appointment statuses, and maintain a list of studies conducted at the site.
Requirements
  • Education: Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years' experience in customer service, administration, or sales.
  • Skills: Excellent customer service skills, proficiency with computer applications, strong organizational skills, and ability to work independently.
