- Current RN licensure in the state of Alabama
- Minimum 2 years of experience in clinical research or a related field
- Strong knowledge of clinical trial regulations, GCP guidelines, and institutional policies
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
