About the Role:

In this dynamic position as a Client Services Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting our sales professionals and contributing to the success of our organization.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Prepare and distribute marketing materials, including proposals, presentations, and communications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate the creation of property information packages.
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and ensure seamless event execution.
  • Develop and maintain databases, guaranteeing accuracy and currency of information.
  • Produce reports and contribute to website updates, leveraging your technical expertise.

The Ideal Candidate:

We are seeking an experienced administrative professional with a strong background in providing support to teams of professionals. A minimum of 3 years of experience is required, along with a solid understanding of the real estate industry. Your ability to analyze complex situations, communicate effectively, and possess strong organizational skills will be highly valued in this role.

We offer a comprehensive compensation package, including a salary range of $70,000 - $90,000 per annum, depending on location. This figure is based on national averages for similar positions in the United States.
