Job Description:

The Client Care Coordinator will provide exceptional customer service to our high net-worth clients, while also providing administrative support to our Client Service department. This role will be responsible for processing financial documents and transactions, managing client accounts, and ensuring that all tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process financial documents and transactions for high net-worth clients
  • Manage client accounts with third-party portfolio aggregators
  • Provide administrative support to the Client Service department, including preparing mailings, faxes, and emails
  • Assist with client onboarding and maintain accurate client records
Requirements:
  • Associate degree in finance or related field required
  • Minimum of one year of experience in the financial industry preferred
  • Experience with investment accounts, retirement accounts, and other financial products preferred
Estimated Salary:

$58,000 - $68,000 per year
