Sales Account Executive

TIVA Technologies, LLC is on the lookout for a skilled Sales Account Executive to become a vital part of our energetic Sales team. We pride ourselves on offering an extensive benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, Vision, Life insurance, and additional perks.
Position Overview:Primary Responsibilities:
- Engage in both outbound and inbound sales communications regularly.
- Deliver weekly updates regarding Sales Orders and Quotations.
- Facilitate customer needs with various internal teams.
- Reach out to clients to arrange meetings and verify orders.
- Develop presentations and supporting documents for the sales team.
- Process orders through phone and electronic communication.
- Confirm purchase orders and ensure they are submitted for all clients.
- Work collaboratively with different departments to improve operational efficiency.
- Address customer inquiries and foster strong client relationships.
- Execute additional responsibilities as required.
Essential Skills:
- Exceptional communication abilities.
- Proficient time management skills.
- Strong organizational and computer skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with Wellhead and Frac equipment.
- Background in machining sales.
- Understanding of technical schematics and client specifications.
- Capability to work autonomously.
- Maintaining a clean driving record.
