Job Summary

PNC is seeking a Relationship Manager I - Virtual Business Banking to join our Business Banking organization. As a Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for growing share of wallet with existing clients, identifying customer needs, and presenting PNC's products and services to help them succeed financially. You will also be responsible for managing multiple priorities, leveraging knowledge of the industry and market to prioritize efforts, and effectively managing risk/return in accordance with PNC's risk profile.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a university/college degree, with 3+ years of relevant/direct industry experience. You will also need to have strong virtual communication skills, business acumen, client relationship management skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Additionally, you will need to be able to leverage technology to enhance client engagement and loyalty through multiple channels of communication.
