Relationship Manager EGP

As a Relationship Manager, you will play a critical role in supporting the Irick Group- Merrill Private Wealth Management team to further develop and enhance existing client relationships.
You will provide specialized support as a Specialist/Manager in one of the teams specialized roles of Business Development, Wealth Planning, Investment Management, or Business Management, while spending more than 50% of your time on relationship management activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with and attend client meetings and discussions covering investment strategy, account performance, new products, and market developments to promote growth and acquisition.
- Engage portfolio managers, product specialists, and/or team Senior Wealth Planner and Investment Management Specialist to support the coordination of all sales and service activities.
- Work with the Financial Advisor and/or team Senior Business Manager to develop, implement, and monitor the teams client service model.
Requirements:
- Candidates must currently hold Series 7 & 66 or 63/65.
- Candidates must obtain and/or maintain at least one firm-approved designation.
- Candidate must have an inclusive mindset and be open to working with a diverse population.
- Possess and demonstrate strong communication skills.
- Ability to lead through collaboration and influence without direct authority.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities at once.
- Thorough knowledge and understanding of the suite of Wealth Management products and services.
- Proven ability to manage risk and support sound decisions.
