**Job Summary:**

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Housekeeping Operations Coordinator to join our team at Residence Inn Noblesville. As a Housekeeping Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hospitality in our guest rooms and public areas.

**Estimated Salary:** $28,000 - $38,000 per year, based on experience and location.

**Responsibilities:**

Change linens, make beds, and leave the bathroom sparkling.

Restock all guest room supplies, like soap and shampoo.

Organize your linen closet and restock your cart before your shift ends each day.

Clean, dust, polish, and vacuum to ensure that all spaces meet hotel standards.

Remove trash and dirty linens.

Greet guests that you encounter during your shift with a friendly smile.

Ensure all rooms are cared for and inspected according to standards.

Protect equipment and make sure there are no inadequacies.

Notify superiors of any damages, deficits, and disturbances.

Adhere strictly to rules regarding health and safety and be aware of any company-related practices.

**Requirements:**

A high school diploma or equivalent is required. You must be able to stand for at least 8 hours, lift up to 25-30 pounds, and perform repetitive motions.
