Administrative Assistant

We are offering an exciting opportunity for an Administrative Assistant in Noblesville, Indiana. In this role, you will be an integral part of our team, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our office, providing administrative support and applying your skills to a variety of tasks.
Responsibilities:
• Coordinating and managing the office calendar, including scheduling meetings and appointments.
• Efficiently processing and editing various correspondences, reports, and presentations.
• Handling all forms of office communication, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
• Maintaining and organizing a comprehensive system for files and records, both physical and digital.
• Overseeing travel arrangements like booking flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
• Monitoring the inventory of office supplies and placing orders when necessary.
• Managing personal errands as required, which may include shopping, dry cleaning, and other personal tasks.
• Assisting in event planning and coordination for both work-related and personal events.
• Managing personal schedules, including appointments and reminders.
• Handling confidential matters with the utmost professionalism and discretion.
• Liaising with household staff, vendors, or service providers as required.
• Proficiency in Administrative Assistance is mandatory.
• Must possess strong skills in Microsoft Office Suites.
• High school diploma or equivalent qualification required.
• Demonstrated understanding of supply chain procedures.
• Solid knowledge of data analysis, inventory management software, and forecasting techniques.
• An analytical mind with strong attention to detail.
• Outstanding organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Must be able to physically handle inventory items as needed.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as required.
